Description :

Certificate of compliance for electrical installation.

We issue certificate of compliance on electrical installation in all sectors (Residential, Commercial and industrial), for single and three phase installations. Any electrical installation requires a valid certificate of compliance for the property to be sold or insured.

A COC is keeps record of the installation and that of the electrician, it verifies that all installations in a property comply with SANS regulations (SANS 10142-1), which assures the safety of the installation. It is the owner's responsibility to get a valid COC before selling the property which is valid for two (2) years.

We can only issue the certificate once we have seen and we are satisfied with the installation.

Get in touch for a property inspection and quotation for none compliant installation.  Prices range from R1 200 to R7 000 depending on the property location and classification (residential, commercial or industrial).
